Dura Eco was founded by Nevo Avraham, an experienced project manager and upscale contractor with over 25 years of experience in luxury home building and large-scale commercial construction. Throughout his career, Nevo has held diverse roles—from managing construction sites and overseeing design stages to obtaining permits and coordinating every pre-execution phase. This includes budgeting, appointing architects, engineers, and consultants, and supervising all aspects of the planning process. In addition, Nevo has provided expert consulting to private developers and construction companies throughout Costa Rica and internationally.
After developing a deep appreciation for Costa Rica’s Pura Vida lifestyle during 15 years of vacation visits, Nevo made Costa Rica his full-time home in 2021.
